At Penxels, we take great care in delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding your order:
Processing Time
- All custom orders are typically processed within 3 to 15 business days. For original artwork and prints, processing time is 1 to 7 business days.
- Please note that processing times for commissioned artworks may vary based on the complexity of the project. We will keep you informed throughout the creation process.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, delivery times will vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination
- We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure timely delivery, but please allow extra time for shipping during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.

- All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use high-quality materials and techniques to protect your artwork during transit.
Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, weather conditions). We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at info@penxels.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- In the rare event that your package is lost during shipping, please reach out to us for assistance.
